Engineer Camp: Commotion of Motion {3-5}

Explore how simple machines can better help us understand potential and kinetic energy and “conduct” experiments using heat sources to make things move! Campers will study natural and human harnessed energy and will create an electromagnet “that can stop a train” as we explore the connections between electricity and magnetism! We will uncover why insulators and conductors are crucial in a circuit and even make electric playdough to light up our own sculptures! 

Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-12 p.m.

Drop off begins at 8:30 a.m.
